Someone buys Pro in $RICE. The contract splits it instantly: 30% stakers, 20% burned, 35% ops, 15% growth.

2 · It drips into the pool

The staker share is released slowly instead of all at once, so nobody can jump in a second before a payout.

3 · You get your slice

Your slice = your weight ÷ everyone's weight. Weight is your stake × your tier bonus × your lock bonus.
